My pup Juniper Mae loves it here. The photos and report cards they send you are so cute, and helpful too! She always comes home smelling surprisingly clean for a large daycare, and tired out which is exactly what we want!

Stay is the best place for daycare and boarding. My dachshund Roy has been going to Stay for years now and I can't imagine taking him anywhere else. The staff and owner are incredibly kind and helpful. They take wonderful care of my dog and he loves to go play with his friends! My Cocker Spaniel (George Bailey) has been going here for the past 5 months for both daycare and boarding, and the staff couldn't be more pleasant to work with! We have been bringing our pup Ralphie to Stay for about 3 years now and it has by far been the best decision we made for our Ralph. The whole team is amazing and we trust them with our pup more than anyone else! We recently went on vacation and left our boy here for a week and while we were gone he got a minor injury during play time, and the Stay team took him to the vet immediately to make sure it was cleaned and treated properly. For the rest of his stay they paid such close attention to him and made sure he was well taken care of, and they gave us so many updates throughout the experience which was incredible for anxious pet parents like us. After we picked up our boy at the end of our trip Amy personally called us (we didn't get home until 10:30pm and she still took time to give us a call at that hour!!!) just to make sure we didn't have any concerns. We were in Cleveland for a short trip and needed a spot for our pups for the day. The staff at Stay were so kind and accommodatingāit made the whole process super easy and stress-free. I booked my dogs (onyx, phoenix & vortex) into stay for a single day stay and the experience was incredible. My little one can get anxious and aggressive around bigger dogs, and stay was super accommodating, offering a private option where the 3 of them could hang out togeather where they felt most comfortable. The pictures and report cards were super cute and it was obvious that they all had a good time. Overall, the staff felt like the best part, everyone I talked to seemed to really care and was ready to provide the best service on such a last minute request. While in the Cleveland area for an event, I needed somewhere to place my Cavalier King Charles where the hours were flexible but not to sacrifice the service or attention she would need. The team at Stay Dog Daycare was amazing. They took her in the day I landed while I waited for my check in allowing me and my group to grab lunch and not stress over what to do with my fur baby. On the day of my event I realized the traffic was going to be impossible and I needed to change from a partial stay to an overnight stay. Not only did they make arrangements for that but they allowed me to pick her up this morning prior to my morning flight out. They also sent me a report card on her each day and responded to me when I texted to check on her. Because of their care and attention and flexibility they took the stress out of my weekend get away. They took such good care of my dogs and they sent me photos every day while they were walking them. You gave me status reports of their engagement and activities with they were sniffing how they were playing their moods. I highly recommend this place. Such a unique, caring place. There are so many dog boarding and daycare businesses run by big corporations. Stay is local, caring, attentive! My dog loves playing with other dogs but comes on a little too strong and canāt handle a daycare room filled with 20 dogs. Stay created a small group option that works for dogs like her.
